O pintor é maravilhoso, mas só não dou 5 estrelas porque infelizmente o livro nos traz poucas reproduções coloridas dos quadros, impedindo-nos de ver a beleza de suas tintas. Segundo li em um artigo, este pintor serviu de inspiração para o filme O MESTRE DA VIDA (Local Color) , do diretor George Gallo, lançado em 2006.
